Application models for NonOilen®
Natural products from NonOilen could be used by hospitals, schools and shopping centers. If they end up as waste, their disposal is simple and relieves the system of traditional, often non-recyclable plastics.
Why closed and not open market?
Natural products do not have an elaborate collection and disposal system within the framework of the legislation. In an open market (in other words, in a market as such), the consumer in the current situation might not have the opportunity to properly dispose of NonOilen® or other natural material. However, in a closed consumer sector, there is an opportunity to effectively control the collection and disposal of natural waste. Such an approach brings environmentally-friendly thinking to various sectors, in which it will also help to reduce the volume of generated waste, or to eliminate it completely.
We consider the entire life cycle of NonOilen, not just about its use.
Example of use for:
Shopping centers and business centers
Natural tableware within the catering sector
1
Condition: uniform NonOilen natural tableware
NonOilen® is a natural material that is also hygienic. This feature allows it to be used in the gastro sector in the form of plates, cutlery, glasses or trays. NonOilen can handle hot, cold or liquid food. It would cover the needs of several catering facilities within a shopping center or a business center.
2
Collection: individual containers for natural products
If the use of natural tableware is to be as efficient as possible, it is necessary to provide an appropriate number of containers for collecting tableware within the shopping center. It is not difficult to comply with this condition, because the dishes are usually collected on trays directly at the catering facility. The staff will separate the reusable and damaged dishes. Undamaged dishes are industrial dishwasher-friendly. Dirty dishes collection point should also be placed at the entrances to shopping centers or parking lots.
3
Disposal: electric composter or industrial composter with sanitation unit
An electric composter or an industrial composter with a sanitizing unit is a suitable means for disposing of dishes that cannot be reused. Not every catering establishment might have an electric composter. It can be shared by several establishments and dispose of the dishes together. Such a solution also has an interesting environmental message for the customers themselves, it reduces the amount of disposable dishes and plastic waste. The resulting compost can be used, for example, as fertilizer for flowers in the public areas of the shopping center.
Example of use for:
Schools, kindergartens, universities
Natural tableware in cafeterias
1
Condition: uniform NonOilen natural tableware
NonOilen® is a natural material that is also hygienic. This feature allows it to be used in the form of plates, cutlery, glasses or trays. It is lighter than porcelain or glass plates and bowls. It is not unbreakable, in case of a stronger impact there is a risk of, for example, cracking (as with traditional plastic tableware). However, its advantage is no risk of injury on shards, in case of glass or porcelain dishes.
2
Collection: individual containers for natural material
It is efficient to collect dishes directly in the cafeteria or in the catering facility used by the institution. It is also recommended to place collection containers near the entrances and dressing rooms, so that glasses or bottles could be reused The staff will separate the reusable and damaged dishes. Undamaged dishes are industrial dishwasher-friendly. In case of smaller cafeterias, they can be washed by hand.
3
Disposal: electric composter or industrial composter with sanitation unit
An electric composter is the ideal solution in this case. It disposes of dishes that cannot be reused. The resulting compost can be used for practical education in the school garden. It is possible to include children, pupils, and students in the entire process to strengthen their environmental sense and take responsibility for waste generation.
Example of use for:
Cultural and sports events
Natural drinking cups
1
Condition: uniform NonOilen natural drinking cups
NonOilen® is a natural material that is also hygienic. This property allows it to be used in the form of drinking cups of different sizes and types. This cup is stronger than a disposable plastic cup that is usually used during these types of events. The cups are suitable for hot and cold drinks.
2
Collection: individual containers for natural
A sufficient number of collection containers for natural cups is required during the event. Cup deposits at food or drink stands can be motivating. At the end, the organizer sorts the collected natural waste in case it is mixed with another type of waste, for example traditional plastic.
3
Disposal: industrial composting plant or electric composter
After an agreement with a regional composting plant, the used cups would end up in an industrial compost, where they would decompose without forming residues or microplastics. At the customer’s request, we can prepare the necessary documents and studies on how NonOilen® breaks down in industrial compost. The result would be a reduction in plastic waste from large events, which in most cases ends up in landfills or in an incinerator.
Example of use for:
Medical facilities, elderly homes

3
Disposal: electric composter or industrial composting plant
After an agreement with a regional composting plant, the used dishes would end up in an industrial compost, where they would decompose without forming residues or microplastics. At the customer’s request, we can prepare the necessary documents and studies on how NonOilen® breaks down in industrial compost or in an electric composter. For smaller facilities and hospitals, an electric composter can be considered instead. As a result, the institution will experience a reduction in plastic waste, as well as in heavy porcelain and glass dishes, which cannot be recycled or composted after breaking. In the case of electric composters, facilities can use the resulting compost to fertilize plants and flowers in their facility.
